Terms and Conditions

• We want to show 10000 Smiley Faces together, so the only restriction to the pictures is that the person on that picture MUST BE smiling.
• We only accept one face per picture, and again, the most important thing is that the person on that picture has to be smiling.
• We only accept a short text message on the picture as a marketing tool, but not words that might cause hate or sickness in other people.
• We have the right to reject any picture that doesn?t fit with the original idea.
• When you 'buy' a cell you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site. You will only be granted with the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for.
• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted it, so you must be sure of the image and link you want to post on the homepage, because it will stay there for at least 5 years.
• If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you will not get a refund.
• If your image and link aren't accepted because they don't follow THIS Terms and Conditions you will not able to claim for a refund.
• The site and homepage will be online for at least 5 years (starting from the day it launched), so at least until December 7th 2012, but possibly even longer.
• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we will decide what images are appropriate for our site.
• If we don't receive the payment confirmation within 48hrs. the picture will be automatically dismissed.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you will be able to do so, but you will not get a refund and the space will become available again to the public again.
• We are not responsible for the person in the picture, we assume that the person in the picture is the one who sent it and agrees entirely with our policy.
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format.
• Images must NOT be animated.
• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// .
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your picture goes live on the homepage.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try to keep this to a minimum.
• Once you have ordered and the funds have been cleared (eg. in our PayPal or bank account), we will try to get your picture online within 24-48hrs.
• There can be only one picture on each slot and, and the size is 10x10pixels.
• We are not going to accept a picture with more than one person in it or with so much text that you can't recognize who is in the picture. The text MUST BE at the bottom of the image and with a maximum height of 20 pixels.
• We can change the Terms and Conditions every time we think that something is not completely understandable. In that case the changes will be written on another color so you can notice.
